Camille Edouard Junior: "Members of Presidential Transition Council have an Obligation to Succeed"

Less than 24 hours before the installation of the Presidential Transition Council (CPT), interventions are multiplying to urge this body to do its best to succeed during this transitional period. On the "Panel Magik" program on Wednesday, April 24, Camille Edouard Junior, former Minister of Justice and Public Security, invited CPT members to prove that they can succeed.

Asked to comment on the current situation while awaiting the CPT's installation, Camille Edouard Junior explained that historically, Haiti has already experienced 8 transition councils, emphasizing that this option has never yielded results and has lasted between two and 84 days. "While some who have led the state have hailed the CPT as the least bad Haitian option, it's also the option that has always yielded few results," asserted the former MJSP official.
