One week after the decree establishing the Presidential Transition Council (PTC), no date has yet been set for the installation of its members into their roles.
There has been no acceleration in the process of validating the members' credentials, nor has there been an election to appoint the PTC president.
Moreover, one wonders how the process will move forward when current members might change if there are issues with Article 135 of the Constitution and other commitments made to CARICOM.
