The Haitian National Police has stepped up actions against gangs in the metropolitan area over the past week.
From Laboule to Pétion-Ville, Bristou to Delmas, and Champ de Mars, PNH officers, either accompanied by the population or acting alone, confront the criminals.
Whether defending the Bank of the Republic of Haiti or a neighborhood, protecting the National Palace or a slum, the PNH has escalated its efforts since the arson attack on its Director General's residence.
