The 7-Member Presidential Council Starts to Form

Political and civil society organizations are separately holding negotiation meetings to select the 7 members who will constitute the transitional Presidential Council. As the Caricom deadline to complete the Council approaches, some groups or political parties were still unable on Tuesday to announce the name of their representative.
