Security Crisis Adds Complexity to Women's Rights in Haiti

International Women's Day was commemorated this Friday, March 8, in Léogâne, by the gathering of women's organizations from Gressier and Léogâne (ROFGL), at their premises.

The darkening climate of insecurity in recent weeks has led ROFGL to opt for simplicity, instead of the usual festivities. Faced with an audience of a few dozen participants, including members, journalists, and partners, the occasion was marked.
