This follows a complete halt noted on Monday, March 4th, at the onset of the 72-hour state of emergency declared by the government in the West, amidst a context of chaos provoked by gangs.
In Turgeau and Lalue, on Tuesday and Wednesday, some banks, money transfer houses, and a few supermarkets opened their doors. Queues were observed outside these businesses.
