The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is currently funding projects aimed at providing the country with a modern control tower and radar coverage.
For the first time in our history, by 2025, airport authorities will know the real state of air traffic, will identify aircraft passing through national airspace, and will be able to bill aircraft.
Haiti did not have this billing capability or perfect knowledge of flows in its airspace.
In short, the country is a free space. A free country.
