Pierre Espérance Calls for a Serious Approach to the BSAP Threat

The recent actions of the agents of the Protected Areas Security Brigade (BSAP) in the Northeast department following the dismissal of Jeantel Joseph, the general director of the National Protected Areas Agency, have sparked reactions from various quarters.
