"Economist Enomy Germain, President and CEO of Pro Eco Haiti, stated that in 2023, Haiti's real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was approximately 593 billion gourdes. Eleven years earlier, the country's GDP was around 570 billion. It's as if Haiti has ceased to generate wealth for over 10 years," he indicated during the presentation at Le Plaza Hotel of the opinion survey results titled "Economic and Financial Barometer (BEF)," conducted by the consulting firm Pro Eco Haiti.
