In an afternoon operation on Friday, December 29, 2023, Jean Lipré Descolines (34), Robenson Descolines (18), and Smith Belgarde (52) were apprehended in Lascahobas for illicit ammunition trafficking and association with criminals. The arrests were made during a police surveillance operation led by the public prosecutor for the Mirebalais jurisdiction, Me Gabriel Fleury.
