Judicial Clerks Initiate Indefinite Strike from Tuesday, December 12

After the standing strike of magistrates, court clerks will, in turn, go on strike starting Tuesday, December 12, 2023. They demand the full and complete implementation of the agreement between the Ministry of Justice and the National Association of Haitian Court Clerks (ANAGH).

The already paralyzed judicial system, due to the prosecutor's strike for several weeks, will face another strike. The National Association of Haitian Court Clerks (ANAGH) announced that clerks from the 18 jurisdictions across the country will go on strike starting Tuesday, December 12.
