The Haitian National Police (HNP) announced the extradition to the United States of a member of the "Kokorat san Ras" gang, which has been terrorizing the Artibonite department.
The individual in question goes by the name of Jhon Peter Fleronvil. He was extradited on Monday, November 20, 2023, following a judicial decision by the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), according to a statement released by the HNP. This alleged criminal is accused of kidnapping four American citizens.
