Early in the day this Thursday, once again, information suggested that the Henry government had submitted to the High Council of the Transition (HCT) a list of twenty potential members of the future Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).
Later in the evening on the same Thursday, once again, both the government and the High Council of the Transition denied any transmission or receipt of a list.
The HCT has received nothing. The government has transmitted nothing. We are at the same point as we have been for months.
