Nicaragua: Attorney Frandley Denis Julien Calls for Serious Consideration of American Threats

Attorney Frandley Denis Julien commented on recent statements by Brian Nichols, the U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs, threatening action against organizers of charter flights to Nicaragua.
