MMAS Deployment: the Mission will be Necessary but not Sufficient, Says Haiti Expert William O’Neill

Preparations are underway for the establishment of the Multinational Mission to Support Security, stated William O’Neill, an independent expert on human rights in Haiti, on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. "The Kenyans are preparing for their mission. I am aware of several training and briefing sessions taking place in Nairobi.
