Anse-à-Veau's Boisrond Tonnerre High School Undergoes Renovation

Severely damaged by Hurricane Matthew, Boisrond Tonnerre High School in Anse-à-Veau, Nippes department, has undergone a transformation. Built on an area of 1,952 square meters on a plot of 5,251 square meters, the school boasts 12 classrooms and can accommodate students from grades 7 to 10. The renovation project for Boisrond Tonnerre High School in Anse-à-Veau, which is 151 years old, was funded by the Rotary Club of Port-au-Prince in partnership with Veridos and District 7020.

The president of the Rotary Club of Port-au-Prince praised the completion of this project. Carvès Jean, also an advisor to the Superior Council of the Judiciary, took the opportunity to highlight the efforts of his predecessors, namely Patrick Willy and Gina Joachim, who, he said, always showed a keen interest in this highly significant project within the educational community of Anse-à-Veau.
