On Friday, September 19th, a committee of nine members was officially established to manage donations and assistance intended for the construction of the canal on the Rivière Massacre, in the lower Maribaroux plain. Its purpose is also to ensure the full realization of this initiative by the local farmers.
The treasurer of the committee provided an update on Friday, September 29, 2023, on how they (the committee members) are utilizing the received support.
