The Haiti dossier is the subject of discussions at the UN this week. It is being deliberated at the podium of the 78th United Nations General Assembly, in the corridors of the glass palace along the East River, and in even more discreet meetings in Manhattan.
During the opening session of the General Assembly on Tuesday, UN Secretary-General and Brazilian President Lula addressed the situation in Haiti. However, it was U.S. President Joe Biden who articulated the most decisive stance.
