Few emblematic criminal trials have been completed, and stakeholders are shining a spotlight on impunity in Haiti

The Port-au-Prince Bar Association commemorated the third anniversary of the assassination of Bar President Monferrier Dorval. Three years later, the trial remains in its early stages. At the initiative of the bar association, conferences and debates were held in Pétion-Ville to mark this date with the theme "The Fate of Emblematic Criminal Trials in Haiti."
