Kettly Julien, the current Vice President of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Mobile Institute for Democratic Education (IMED), has dedicated over a quarter of a century to advocating for human rights in Haiti. Very passionate about her work, the former President of the Inter-Haitian Dialogue Committee has chosen to work with minors in conflict with the law, as well as with men and women languishing in Haitian prisons under the label of extended preventive detention.
