The armed gang from Grand-Ravine, causing terror in Carrefour-Feuille, a suburb of Port-au-Prince, attacked the Electricity of Haiti (ED'H) substation in the area on Monday night.
According to a statement from ED'H, this substation is currently non-operational, plunging the neighborhoods of Carrefour-Feuilles, Savanne Pistache, Decayette, Route des Dalles, rue Fouchard, Fort-Mercredi, rue Mgr Guilloux, ruelle Laraque, Chemin des Dalles, Place Jérémie, avenue Magloire Ambroise, and rue Jean Phillipe into darkne
