Tabarre, Croix-des-Bouquets, Pétion-Ville, and Liancourt under the Terror of Armed Gangs

The weekend was anything but peaceful for the residents of Croix-des-Bouquets, Tabarre, Pétion-Ville, and Liancourt. Armed gangs caused havoc, killing, injuring, and kidnapping innocent citizens. Many families were forced to flee their homes to escape the blind violence of the criminals.
