In English: The Judicial Court of Paris has ruled in favor of the former president of the Haitian Football Federation, Yves Jean-Bart, in the defamation case brought against him by French journalist Romain Molina. The French justice system found the journalist guilty of defamation towards Mr. Jean-Bart. Stanley Gaston, one of the lawyers representing the former president of the FHF, confirmed the news when contacted by Le Nouvelliste.
