The Haitian National Police officially announced on Monday, May 18, the reasons behind the arrest of Limond Toussaint, the former Minister of Culture and Communication. According to a statement from the police institution, Toussaint is implicated in the kidnapping and subsequent disappearance of Max Harry Titus. Toussaint's involvement was revealed by Evens Mondésir, another individual who was arrested in connection with the case.
"In the context of the investigation into the kidnapping and subsequent disappearance
