The ULCC has released an executive summary of the investigation report conducted into suspicions of corruption involving Mr. Jean Willy Lazarre, the supervisor of the Passport Reception and Delivery Center located at the Delmas 33 police station. According to the report, Lazarre extorted amounts ranging from forty-five thousand (45,000.00) to fifty thousand (50,000.00) Haitian Gourdes in exchange for issuing passports.
