Jean Willy Lazarre, Supervisor of the Passport Reception and Delivery Center in Delmas 33, Exposed for Corruption

Jean Willy Lazarre, the supervisor of the Passport Reception and Delivery Center at the Delmas 33 police station, has been implicated in a corruption scandal. Lazarre was found to have demanded significant sums of money in exchange for the delivery of five passports. The Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) has recommended placing Jean Willy Lazarre on leave and initiating legal proceedings against him. Additionally, the couple Emmanuel Dorma Louis and Florendina Jean, who paid the bribe, are also facing sanctions.

The ULCC has released an executive summary of the investigation report conducted into suspicions of corruption involving Mr. Jean Willy Lazarre, the supervisor of the Passport Reception and Delivery Center located at the Delmas 33 police station.
