Since April 7, 2023, the residents of Ona-Ville have been living through a nightmare. The Canaan bandits have been spreading terror in every corner of the neighborhood. "I feel like my life has ended," expressed L. Alexandre, a journalist with over twenty years of experience, and a resident of Ona-Ville since 2013. He is one of the thousands of people who had to flee their homes on tiptoe over the Easter weekend, leaving everything behind. The journalist's family has been struggling to survive in challenging conditions since their escape. "At the moment, my family and I have taken refuge with a relative.
