As part of the launch of the humanitarian response plan for Haiti, the humanitarian coordinator, accompanied by representatives from other United Nations agencies and donors, conducted a one-day mission to Gonaïves, in the department of Artibonite, on Thursday, May 4, 2023. At the end of the mission, Ms. Ulrika Richardson declared that insecurity has a devastating impact at all levels of life for the population of the Artibonite department.
