On September 25th, 26th, and 27th, the Ministry of Tourism (MDT in French) will commemorate World Tourism Day (WTD) this year in Jacmel, the capital of the Southeast Department. Various activities are planned by the Ministry during the three days of festivities under the theme, chosen by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) for this occasion: "Promoting universal access to tourism for all".
