10th edition of Haiti en Folie festival launched in Montreal

To mark their tenth year, the organizers promise that it will comprise many activities, including workshops, performances, exhibitions, and parades. The festival began on July 26th and will come to a close on July 31st. In addition to promoting Haitian culture in the world, the festival wants to promote a cultural exchange.
