This year, registrations will be done in Port-au-Prince, Cap Haitien, Les Cayes, and Jacmel and online for young Haitian women living abroad. Applications are open to young Haitian women 18 to 26 years of age, unmarried and without children who have completed at least high school. Those interested are required to have a valid Haitian passport, have a certificate of good conduct, and parental consent if a minor at the time of registration.
