Jukann has already released two albums in 2006 and 2007 respectively, and the third is in preparation. A very popular group in general, they have a following made up of people of all ages.
On May 8th, the nine members of the orchestra performed at Café 36 in celebration of their 25th anniversary. "It is above all the joy of meeting with friends, to share moments of joy and music that brings this group together," according to the group.

Jukann 25 years of music
Founded in 1991, Jukann is primarily an orchestra that is dedicated to perpetuating the music of the 70s, and in doing so, developing and keeping the Haitian musical heritage alive. They are well known for their performances every Friday at Press Café in Pétion-Ville for the past twelve years.
