Haitian-American singer, Felina Baker received the French Gospel Music Award for Best New Female Artist in 1991. Having released her first solo album in 2000, she received the award for best singer at the Caribbean Gospel Award in 2002. Throughout her career, she has also traveled extensively in the United States, Canada and Haiti.
