The retreat will use yoga to connect to physical strengths, guided visualization, meditation, and journaling to connect to mental and emotional courage. All this will take place immersed in the midst of the fresh air of the mountains. Men and women alike are encouraged to unplug and getaway for the day for yoga and to reconnect with nature and your inner self. It starts at 10:00 a.m. and will end at 6:45 in the evening.
