Since 2010, Caracoli has worked to develop the full potential offered by rara and walking bands, specifically working with Follow Jah. They have also organized educational workshops in schools, encouraging several research projects on this genre.
For the past three years, Follow Jah has taken part in the International Jazz Festival of Port of Prince. In 2014, on this occasion, they performed with the American jazz saxophonist Paul Austerlitz. They also collaborated with DJ Mo from Mali. In 2015, they presented a complete show with 10 musician
Follow Jah to take part in European Tour
After participating in the 2012 Africolor Festival in Paris, Caracoli is organizing the first European tour (Belgium, France, and Netherlands) for rara walking band, Follow Jah, from April 28 to June 5, 2016. The tour will begin with a performance in the Jazz sous les Pommiers Festival and will end with a week in Savoie featuring interventions in schools, meetings with local marching bands, evening festivals as well as performances at the "Marché des Continents" of Chambery. Follow Jah wil will also take part in the "Music Meeting" prestigious of Nijmegen (Netherlands) and spend a few days in residence at the House of Creation in Brussels.
