It will feature a variety of local dishes and specialties from all 10 departments of the country such as Mayi ak Zaboka (Haitian cornmeal with avocado) and poisson gros sel. Gastronomic and Cultural Fair
Discover Haiti’s culture and cuisine in a fun and exciting way during the Gastronomic and Cultural Fair which will take place on April 28th and 29th at Université Quisqueya. The fair is organized by Affaires Etudiantes and Volontariat Social de l'Université Quisqueya.
