Gastronomic and Cultural Fair

Discover Haiti’s culture and cuisine in a fun and exciting way during the Gastronomic and Cultural Fair which will take place on April 28th and 29th at Université Quisqueya. The fair is organized by Affaires Etudiantes and Volontariat Social de l'Université Quisqueya.

It will feature a variety of local dishes and specialties from all 10 departments of the country such as Mayi ak Zaboka (Haitian cornmeal with avocado) and poisson gros sel. Mark your calendar and you won’t have to travel too far to join in the festivities and enjoy savory dishes and enrich your understanding of the traditions of the island’s cuisine and culture.
