Ragout de Porc (Pork Stew)

Ragout de Porc is a dish that has become a mainstay in Haitian homes. This highly popular dish is also concocted and sold by street merchants and as such it is a lunch favorite. The ragout can be made with different parts of the pork. Savored with white rice it is sure to full your stomach and many a times lead to a kabicha (nap).
