"We are gathered here to pay tribute in unison, all over France within its borders and abroad, to the victims of the massacre that bloodied Paris this Friday, November 13th," said the French Ambassador Elizabeth Beton-Delegue.
"We are here to express our compassion and emotion to those families whose life changed in a few moments with them to mourn the deaths that could have been ours," said the diplomat, referring to more than a hundred dead and as many wounded from th terrorist attacks and in whose memory she called for a minute of silence.
