Inauguration of three infrastructure works in the Northeast

On October 1st and 2nd, the Office of the National Organizer (BON in French) in partnership with the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT in French), the European Union (EU), the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), inaugurated three infrastructure works in the municipalities of Trou-du-Nord (culvert), Sainte-Suzanne (the first municipal market) and Ferrier (the first public square) in the North -is the country.

Communal projects that allowed the construction of these works within the scope of the program to support governance and local investment (LIMS in French). A partnership between the European Union and the Haitian government, this program, funded with 5.5 million by the 10th European Development Fund (EDF) was set up in 2010 to strengthen the decentralization process in Haiti.
