In order to ensure better delivery of public services throughout the country in support of the balanced development of the country, the Haitian government is committed to providing answers to the needs of Haitian citizens and users of public services.
At the launch of this workshop, under the eyes of several representatives of public administration, Uder Antoine, General Coordinator of OMRH, stressed the importance of bringing together several technicians from relevant ministries in order to revise the proposal national devolution policy.

On September 29th, the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), together with the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT in French) organized a workshop to validate the draft of document on the National Decentralization Policy (PNC in French). The workshop, funded by USAID through the LOKAL + project was held at the Marriott Hotel.
