On August 14th, many Haitian artists joined together to pay tribute to singer Yole Dérose. Members of the public, including Prime Minister Évans Pau,l gathered to say thank you to the singer for her contribution to Haitian music.
Artists such as Beethova Obas, Émeline Michel, James Germain, Roosevelt Saillant (BIC), Rénette Désir, Anie Alerte, and Daniel Marcelin sang the songs which made her the most popular. It was a beautiful evening.
