Carline Joseph: first female CCIH president

For the first time in over a hundred years, a woman assumes the presidency of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti (CCIH in French.)

Carline Joseph is the one that always ends up in the forefront of projects to help enhance the splendor of her country. Thus, in 2007, she found herself in the front row of the initiative to set up a chamber of commerce in Gonaives. After the elections, she became the first vice president of the chamber of commerce. Two years later, she was elected president of the chamber for two terms. As President of the Chamber of Commerce of Artibonite, according to the statutes of the time, she then became Senior Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce
