Inauguration of sanitation blocks and water kiosks in Pont-Sondé

On June 17th, the National Drinking Water and Sanitation Directorate (DINEPA in French) inaugurated a drinking water kiosk and sanitation block in the public market of Pont-Sonde located in the department of Artibonite. The realization of this project was funded by the Spanish Cooperation (AECID) and administered by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

In the presence of the interim mayors of Saint Marc and Verrettes, the General Manager of DINEPA, Benito Dumay, accompanied by a representative of the IDB, Denis Gravel, inauguated the sanitation blocks and water kiosks Pont-Sonde. This construction, which took seven months for its completion, was funded by the Spanish Cooperation in the amount of 150,000 USD.
