Increased participation of women in the electoral process

On April 20th, together with the Réseau pluriel de femmes (a group of women from different political backgrounds, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP in French) held a day of reflection on women's participation in elections.

llAccording to Yolette Mingual, representative of the women's sector to the Electoral Council, the CEP has decided to educate political parties on the need to integrate women in the electoral process.
