Prime Minister Evans Paul promises better distribution of electricity in Fort-Liberté and Ouanamithe

On March 19th, Prime Minister Évans Paul conducted a tour of several municipalities in the Northeast department. He took the opportunity to meet with residents and officials of the Municipalities of Fort-Liberté and Ouanaminthe and promised improvement in the distribution of electricity before Easter.

The Prime Minister began his tour in the Northeast by participating in the celebration of the solemn Mass in St. Joseph's Cathedral in Fort-Liberté. He stressed that his arrival in Fort-Liberté is doubly important: "First because I am Haitian; and second, because, as Prime Minister and on behalf of the executive branch, I have duties and responsibilities in the Northeast,” he said.
