On Friday, March 20th, Nesmy Manigat, Minister of National Education and Vocational Training, during the launch of the caravane de la lecture at the Lycée Jean-Jacques Dessalines in Port-au-Prince, commented on the new measure adopted last week by presidential decree concerning all students wearing the single uniform which will take effect at the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year.
