Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of a Remote Sensing Center in Haiti

On November 17th, the French and Haitian governments signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of a Remote Sensing Center (CTS in French) in the north. The center will, among other things, be used to better observe the environment to effectively manage natural hazards and disasters, and will contribute to the development of the national territory.
