PetroCaribe: should we be worried?

Prices of petroleum products are falling on the international market. This is not the case of producers and oil exporters such as Venezuela. According to economist Kesner Pharel, this could have implications for the PetroCaribe program which finances social and infrastructure programs of the Martelly-Lamothe government.
