Georges Andy René, new CAED coordinator

Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, has appointed Georges Andy René as head of the Coordination framework of the External Aid for Development (CAED in French) according to a memo from the Prime Minister's communication office dated October 28th . CAED is chaired by the Prime Minister. He is responsible for the effectiveness of aid and to ensure that it meets the Government's priorities. On this occasion, the Prime Minister was keen to stress the CAED’s mission, which is to revitalize the structure to ensure that external assistance is integrated
