An attractive setting for trading fruits and vegetables

On September 19th, the Mayor’s office of Pétion-Ville, in the presence of the President of the Republic, Michel Martelly, inaugurated a marketplace for fruits and vegetables. The 56 occupants of the market will each receive a special gift of 25,000 gourdes.

Now shopping for fruit and vegetables on Rue Oge can be done in a venue sheltered from the sun, rain and potential traffic accidents.
