The staff of ULCC was festive and its facility was decorated in blue and white for the occasion, musicians brought cheerfulness to the anniversary following the Eucharistic celebration.
Speaking before a group of journalists, Atouriste recounted ULCC’s path during the past 10 years. "10 years of fighting against corruption has not been easy for the pioneers or for us. After 10 years of structuring the operation of this institution, we can tell you that this is one of the most structured institutions across America and the Caribbean," he said.

The Unit for the Fight against Corruption (ULCC) celebrated its 10th anniversary on Monday, September 8, 2014 in Pacot. It was an opportunity for Antoine Atouriste, ULCC’s General Director, to report on their activities and to identify certain perspectives.
